NOT ACCEPTED:
Anything with a cracked rubber seal, mold or mildew, rust, burnt-on or caked-on debris

DOORS
GENERALLY ACCEPTED:
Pre-hung Interior & Exterior Doors
Solid Wood Paneled Doors
Sliding Glass / French pre-hung Patio Doors (complete)
Steel Insulated Doors
Bi-fold Doors
Screen Doors

 

NOT ACCEPTED:
Hollow-core / Flush Slab Doors
Commercial Doors
Doors with rot or damaged in any way

HARDWARE & TOOLS

GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

Door Knobs, locks w/ key Hinges, Clasps, Handles, Fasteners Tools (hand & power)Unopened boxes of nails, screws, bolts etc.

Furnaces, Broken Items, Loose Nails, screws, bolts etc.

INSULATION

GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

Fiberglass insulation, Rolls of Full Width Insulation, Boards (if clean)Cellulose (new only)All Loose Insulation must be bagged

 

NOT ACCEPTED:

Wet fiberglass insulation Insulation, board less than 2' X 2'Used Cellulose

 

LUMBER & PLYWOOD

GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

Framing Lumber Finished, 1x and all wood trim 6' or more (free of nails)Plywood, OSB, or particle boards (full / half sheets only)

 

NOT ACCEPTED:

Lumber with nails, screws, staples Trim, with nails, screws, staples cracked, broken, rotted, warped or paint peeling

 

PAINT & PAINT ACCESSORIES

GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

New Paint & Stain new Brushes, Rollers, Naps & Pans New Caulking

 

NOT ACCEPTED:

Used Paint and Stains lead-based paint used paint brushes that have not been cleaned properly

Double Paned Windows, Shutters (in good condition)

Storm / single pane windows
Wood framed windows with cracked or peeling paint, Windows with cracked or broken glass
 

 

LIGHTING

GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

Interior & Exterior Fixtures, Commercial Fixtures, Table & Floor Lamps, Ceiling Fans

 

NOT ACCEPTED:

Fluorescent fixtures, mismatched light bulbs

Refrigerators / Freezers (10 years or newer) Over the Range Microwaves

(10 years or newer)

Electric or Gas Ranges (10 years or newer) Clothes Washer & Dryers (10 years or newer) Small Microwaves (10 years or newer)

 

NOT ACCEPTED:

Dishwashers, broken or malfunctioning appliances of any kind (and cleanliness is a must!)

 

FURNITURE

(note: Furniture should come from smoke-free homes. Items need to be free of pet dander and pet hair for our allergic customers)

 

GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

Couches / Sectionals Sofas / Sleeper Sofas / Loveseats Easy Chairs / Recliners, Rockers / Gliders Foot stools / Ottomans Table and Chairs Bed Frames, Head Boards and Foot Boards Coffee Tables / End Tables Desks and Office Furniture

 

NOT ACCEPTED:

Mattresses and Box Springs Stained, burned, shredded or pet-chewed furniture

 

MISC. GENERALLY ACCEPTED:

Small Home Appliances (Coffee Makers, Blenders, etc.)
