A Brush With Kindness:  

​A Brush with Kindness is an exterior home preservation program that offers painting, light landscaping, and minor repairs that would otherwise cost $500 or less.  Repairs are completed for a flat rate of $25, due at the time services are rendered.

Critical Repair:

Our Critical Repair program improves accessibility, safety, and weatherization for homeowners in need.  Repairs or additions (like accessibility ramps) are considered critical to enabling the homeowner to continue living in the home and whose retail cost would otherwise fall between $501 and $5,000.    Repairs are completed at 50% of retail cost.  Families make monthly payments at zero interest for up to five years and receive up to an additional 30% discount for early payment.
